Biography
Biography
The story of a plant that began with one kiln and still tests every batch before it is loaded.
Who we are
Who we are
Kian Behsaz makes ceramic blocks — partition, wall and roof blocks, in 8, 13, 20, 25 and 40 cm. We started with a single traditional kiln, at a time when most of the market did not yet see ceramic block as a replacement for brick.
What brought us from that day to this is not the size of the line but a habit: we do not quote a number we have not tested, and we do not load a block that has not been tested.

Timeline
The journey
The milestones that brought the plant to where it is today.
-
2001
One kiln, five people
It began with a single traditional kiln and five people. The market did not yet see ceramic block as a replacement for brick, and most orders came from contractors who had tried it once.
-
2013
Extrusion line and tunnel kiln
A vacuum-controlled extrusion line and a tunnel kiln replaced the old process. Dimensional tolerance fell from several millimetres to under two — and that one number opened the door to large projects.

Today
Two parallel lines
Today we run two parallel lines with an annual capacity of 120,000 tonnes. What has not changed since day one: every production batch is tested before it is loaded.
